After months of anticipation, EMCC families walked through the doors of their newly renovated Center on October 21, 2018 for the Design for a Difference makeover reveal. The design team, which included 44 volunteers and donations from more than 200 businesses, transformed 12,800 square feet of space with new flooring, furniture, hand painted murals, and warm, inviting spaces throughout. The renovation captures the Center’s role as the community’s home-away-from-home – a place where children and adults work and play in a space that conveys dignity and respect.
